Requirements

  • National Senior Certificate (NSC) with an endorsement for degree studies
  • LISOF BA Entry Assessment (free)
  • LISOF Entry Assessment
  • Elective in Fashion Retail Buying requires a Grade 12 (70% in Math literacy mark of 70% or 50% in Pure Mathematics)
  • You can apply via Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) if you are 23 years or older, have NSC and work experience
  • A Credit Accumulation and Transfer (CAT) application for credit transfer
  • International student entry qualifications: SAQA graded School leaving Certificate, and a minimum of NQF level 4 with access to degree studies

Bachelor of Arts Honours in Fashion

The degree opens up a lifetime opportunity for students to specialize in trend analysis and forecasting with the internationally recognized WGSN. You can also be an intern with some prominent fashion retail businesses in South Africa that partner with LISOF.

Qualifications

  • SAQA registered 360 credit (minimum), undergraduate Bachelor, in a related field (NQF level 7) from a registered and accredited institution in South Africa.
  • An average grade of 65% or higher at the exit level of the undergraduate program.

Bachelor of Commerce in Fashion

The degree is composed of knowledge in various disciplines that make up a fashion business such as:

Qualifications

  1. National Senior Certificate (NSC) with an exemption

  3. A minimum of 50% in the LISOF BCom Numeracy Assessment Test
  4. You can apply via the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

Bachelor of Business Administration in Retail Management

The graduates of this degree can move from junior to senior management positions in the retail industry.

Qualifications

  1. Senior Certificate with matriculation endorsement or exemption for admission to degree studies
  2. National Senior Certificate (B rating, a minimum of 30% (rating of 2) in English, and a score of 50%-50% in 4 or more NSC 20 credit subjects)
  3. National Certificate Vocational with 70% in four vocational subjects and a minimum of 60% in English and two more fundamental subjects

Higher Certificate in Fashion Retail
